قانون التجنيد الاجبارى الغرض منه هو توفير الاموال التى تدفع الى الجنود المتطوعيين 1400 جنيه الى 150 جنيه تدفع الى جندى (مجند تجنيد الزامى)
وتلك الاموال تذهب الى بطون القادة واسرهم واولادهم (الذين يعفوا من التجنيد بالمحسوبيه)
يستهزأون بالبسطاء من المصريين ويوهمونهم بانهم يخدمون البلد بالخدمة الالزاميه ولكنها فى الحقيقة بعودية حميدة مسيسة
